30 Day Challenge

I’m excited to have you join in the 30 Day Challenge! Here are a few of the details…

This 30 day group is a clean eating and exercise challenge that starts on August 25th. During the week before there will be some posts to help you prep for the challenge and to help everyone in the group get to know eachother a little better. There will be plenty of information on nutrition with diet guides and meal plans to help you. Also, I will be there along with my co-hosts and fellow Beachbody coaches to answer your questions.

I have a few questions that I’d like you to answer, before we get you signed up,  that will help me get to know a little more about you and your goals. There are also a couple of requirements for this group…

If you’re good to go with these requirements, then go ahead and complete the questionnaire.

If you’ve done a challenge group with me before then you’ve already worked with me as your Beachbody coach. Since you enjoyed that experience enough to be interested in doing another group with me, let’s make it official!

The first requirement (if you haven’t already done so) is to sign up with me as your coach. You can do this one of two ways.

  1. If you don’t already have a Beachbody account then just click on the photo of me in the right side bar on this page and sign up for your FREE Beachbody account. Using that link will automatically assign me to you as your coach.
  2. If you are switching to me from another coach (only if you’re not already working with a coach who actively supports you) then you’ll need to send an email to coachrelations@teambeachbody.com and request to switch coaches and give them my info (Laura Lawson, coach id: 341146)

The second requirement is that you are doing a Beachbody program for the exercise portion of the challenge. It’s OK to do one that you already own (or maybe borrow one from a friend). If you don’t have a program then you’ll need to purchase one. So, this may be the perfect time to grab that program you’ve been thinking about…or I can help you choose a program that will be a good fit.
